‘The Art of Assemblage’

Roja spoke at a workshop with Mumm and Perrier-Jouët alongside Perrier-Jouët Chef de Cave Hervé DesChamps and Twinings tea expert Philippa Thacker. The workshop highlighted the role of each of these master blenders and explored the crossovers  between these seemingly disparate fields. Each blender gave a demonstration of their art by mixing raw ingredients into a more complex blend.
