Roja Dove was interviewed as part of BBC3’s documentary series, Kill It, Cut It, Eat It. The episode, which aired on Monday 4th July, explored the use of fish and seafood in consumer products, including the use of Ambergris in the perfume industry.
Roja was asked to give his expert opinion on how Ambergris is created and the effect it has on the environment.
