Roja was asked to hold a fragrance training day for some of the most important UK beauty and grooming press.

The training, held at the National Magazines publishing house, was an incredible success as Roja took the journalists on a journey of discovery to develop their knowledge of fragrance ingredients and detailed some of the most influential fragrances of all time.

Roja was interviewed today by BBC Radio London by Robert Elms about tonight’s episode of Perfume (BBC4, 9pm) – A look at how three of the world’s top perfumers go about their business.

Roja Dove was interviewed as part of BBC3’s documentary series, Kill It, Cut It, Eat It. The episode, which aired on Monday 4^th July, explored the use of fish and seafood in consumer products, including the use of Ambergris in the perfume industry.

Roja was asked to give his expert opinion on how Ambergris is created and the effect it has on the environment.

On Saturday 2nd July, Roja Parfums opened in the Black Hall Perfumery, Ground Floor, Harrods.

Roja Parfums; the new and extensive range of luxury fragrances and perfumed candles by Roja Dove. All of the new products were received incredibly well and the first weekend was a phenomenal sucess.

 Roja met with Louise Kennedy, Ireland’s premier fashion designer and one of his closest friends, at Claridges Reading Rooms. As Louise is a fan of Roja Parfums, Roja presented her with one of the first bottles of his new parfum to celebrate her birthday.

Roja Dove was approached to hold a training day attended by fragrance trainers from Aramis Designer Fragrances. The course was designed to further develop the attendees knowledge and to give a different perspective on fragrance.

Roja Dove was pleased to host a luncheon talk at Tyringham Hall with the partners of some of the world’s leading digniteries and industry leaders. The luncheon was in association with Hakluyt & Company; a British strategic intelligence and advisory firm.

Roja gave an interactive talk on the History of Fragrance, introducing oil comparisons to show the diverse effect of different oils and ended with what he believed would be the future of perfume.
